SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped with insurance through CTT Express or other express delivery companies with which we work.

Delivery times depend on the destination and normally range from 24 hours to 4 business days from order confirmation. Delays may occasionally occur due to transport service disruptions or high order volumes during promotional periods. Deliveries to remote towns or rural areas may also take longer.

Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed and depend on the destination and selected payment method.

To check the final cost of your order, select the products you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”. Then select the delivery destination, shipping method and payment method.

The total amount of your purchase will be displayed in detail, including any applicable discounts and shipping costs. At this stage, you can decide whether to continue with the purchase.

To complete your order, click “Place Order”.

Delivery times for all shipping methods are estimates and begin from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

During promotional or sale periods, there may be delays in dispatching orders from the warehouse.

If your order has not been dispatched within 3 business days after it was placed or paid for, please contact CANNIOUTLET.COM or send us a WhatsApp message at +34 660 470 179. We will provide you with the estimated dispatch and delivery time.

SHIPPING COSTS

An additional shipping charge may apply to large orders weighing more than 5 kg.

VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Any request to change the delivery address after the order status has changed to “Preparing” will result in an additional charge and may cause a delay in delivery.

MAINLAND SPAIN

24–48 business hours by credit or debit card, bank transfer or PayPal: €5.50 for home delivery.

For delivery on the following business day, payment must be completed before 12:00.

Weekends and public holidays are not included.

BALEARIC ISLANDS

48 business hours by credit or debit card, bank transfer or PayPal: €8.00 for home delivery.

Weekends and public holidays are not included.

ANDORRA

48 business hours by credit or debit card, bank transfer or PayPal: €25.00 for home delivery.

For delivery on the following business day, the order and payment must be completed before 12:00.

MAINLAND PORTUGAL

2 business days by credit or debit card, bank transfer or PayPal: €8.00 for home delivery.

Weekends and public holidays are not included.

GERMANY

3–5 business days by credit or debit card or PayPal: €17.00.

FRANCE

ITALY
